The apartments of the De Mattia family, for 2 to 4 people, are located in a house of the Borgata Fontana, near one of the most beautiful part of Sappada. This part is called "Sappada vecchia" (Old Sappada), because there are a lot of characteristic wooden houses, surrounded in the summer by coloured flowers.

In this side of Sappada you can find also the ski runs of Pian dei Nidi, Sappada 2000 and the cross country ski stadium.

The apartments, for 2 to 4 people, comprise of living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. Facilities include TV, washing machine, garden and parking.
