The apartments of Ms. Oberthaler, for 2 and 4 people, are located in the hamlet of Soravia, one of the most beautiful part of Sappada. This part is called "Sappada vecchia" (old Sappada), because there are a lot of characteristic wooden houses, surrounded in the summer by coloured flowers.

The building contains two apartments, for 2 and 4 people, comprising of living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. Facilities include TV, communal washing machine, garden and parking.
